 es the basic concepts of power-boating\, and is suitable for those looking
  to use a small powerboat independently in sheltered conditions. On comple
 tion\, participants can apply to the RYA for an International Certificate 
 of Competence.\n\nDuring the course we will train you to use a range of po
 werboats\, including tiller-steered Rigiflexes\, wheel-steered and centre 
 console RIBs. You will be taught with a maximum instructor : student ratio
  of 1:3.
